SAIFA is an institution designed to represent artisans as well as maintain the standard of artisanship in the industry. It is beneficial for an artisan to be a member for purposes of development, growth and having access to info about the industry as well as opportunities arising at your disposal at any time.

Where can I get info about the institute’s complaints procedure?

What are the SAIFA working hours and contact numbers?

The SAIFA working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00. Contact details are (010 109 9661). After hours clients are welcome to send an email to info@saifa.africa

How can I get involved?

Involvement in our outreach programs is on a pure volunteer basis and is open to any members of the public. Simply sign up for our newsletter where we will be giving info and dates for our programs, follow us on our social media pages or check for updates on the SAIFA website.

How can I verify a qualification?

Verification of qualifications is a benefit only available to organisations that are members with us. If you are a member, you’re welcome to send SAIFA an email with the full details of the qualification you are verifying. Email address is stipulated on the “contact us” menu.
